What the 15FQ+^® Measures
The 15FQ+^® measures the same personality factors discovered by Cattell and colleagues over 50 years ago with higher reliability and validity than has to date been possible. In addition, the 15FQ+^® reports on a number of criterion measures such as Emotional Intelligence, Team Role, Management and Subordinate styles and Counter-Productive Work behaviour.

Intellectance
In line with current theory, Dimension B (Reasoning) has been construed as a meta-cognitive personality variable (termed Intellectance) as opposed to an ability factor. This is in response to the overwhelming evidence that has repeatedly demonstrated that ability factors can only be reliably measured through the use of time limited tests. Furthermore, the use of reasoning items within the 16PF has always created difficulties of administration, interpretation and feedback, now resolved in the 15FQ+^®.
